Key Responsibilities
Receive, record, categorise, and track customer, employee, vendor, and internal complaints.

Prepare weekly and monthly MIS on complaint status, ageing, TAT, closure rate, compliance findings, and pending actions.
Present key risks, trends, recurring issues, and improvement recommendations to management.
Conduct awareness or refresher sessions on policies, SOPs, complaint handling, and compliance requirements.

3. Van & Vehicle Management

Maintain a complete record of all campaign and company vehicles.
Ensure van availability, deployment scheduling, and campaign allocation as per project needs.
Manage vehicle movements, GPS data (if available), and campaign reporting.
Coordinate branding van maintenance, repair schedules, and appearance.
Verify van readiness before every campaign (branding, sound, lights, material, etc.).

4. Legal Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, fitness, permits, road tax) are valid.
Maintain a log of renewal dates and coordinate with admin or legal for renewals.
Check driver licenses, Aadhar, and police verification periodically.
Keep records of driver contracts and vehicle agreements up-to-date.
Ensure zero compliance or legal issues during campaign travel.

5. Police & Local Authority Coordination

Maintain good communication with local police departments and RTO offices for smooth campaign operations.
Handle permission letters, police NOCs, or challan issues related to vehicles.
Attend or resolve on-ground police or permit-related problems during van campaigns.
Assist management in liaising with transport and local authorities for permits or events.

6. Campaign & Rate Management

Plan van and driver allocation based on campaign schedules and locations.
Coordinate with the operations and client servicing teams for campaign logistics.
Assist in finalizing campaign rates (van rent, driver overtime, branding setup costs).
Track and report daily campaign van movement and mileage.
Verify campaign attendance reports with photographic or location data.

7. Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain a vehicle master file with all legal and service details.
Update driver agreement records with contract validity and payment details.
Keep track of van-wise performance, expenses, and revenue utilization.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly logistic reports to management.
Maintain soft and hard copies of all logistics documents properly.

8. Team Supervision & Problem Solving

9. Coordination with Other Departments

Support management with reporting, data analysis, and logistic forecasts.

10. Administrative & Safety Responsibilities

Ensure logistics operations adhere to safety protocols and SOPs.
Monitor night driving, speed limits, and vehicle cleanliness standards.

Backend Developer – Advertising, Media, ATL & BTL

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs and services.
Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs for web/mobile applications.
Build modules for project, campaign, client, vendor, employee and field-operation management.
Integrate backend systems with third-party APIs and business applications.
