3. Shoot Planning
- Understand creative briefs and scripts from the Content & Brand Manager.
- Plan locations, shots, angles, lighting and equipment requirements.
- Prepare shot lists where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for shoot schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of shoots.
4. Founder & Leadership Content
- Shoot Founder/leadership interviews and thought-leadership videos.
- Develop visually strong formats for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Understand framing, lighting, audio and background requirements for professional corporate content.
5. Event & Field Coverage
- Cover exhibitions, conferences, client meetings, activations and company events.
- Capture relevant footage and photographs for immediate and future content.
- Coordinate with the Content & Brand Manager for content requirements.
- Ensure important moments and business stories are captured.
6. Technical Responsibilities
- Handle professional cameras and video equipment.
- Manage lighting and audio equipment.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, framing and sound quality.
- Maintain and organize footage.
- Backup and transfer files securely.
- Maintain equipment properly.
7. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Content & Brand Manager to understand storytelling requirements.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor for required footage and formats.
- Suggest creative shooting approaches, transitions, angles and visual ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming for new video formats.
Mandatory Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Videography / Video Production / Photography.
- Strong hands-on experience with professional video cameras.
- Experience shooting social media content and short-form videos.
- Experience with corporate videos, interviews and event coverage.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition and audio.
Industry Experience
Experience in Advertising, Outdoor Advertising, OOH, DOOH, BTL, Media, Creative Agencies, Digital Agencies or Corporate Marketing will be strongly preferred.

- Understand what makes short-form content engaging and shareable.
3. Social Media Video Content
Create platform-specific versions for:

- Adapt aspect ratios, duration, subtitles and messaging according to platform requirements.
- Create multiple versions of the same content where required.
4. Founder & Leadership Videos
- Edit Founder interviews and thought-leadership content.

- Develop reels/shorts from podcasts and discussions.
- Add subtitles, captions, graphics and branding.
- Maintain a professional corporate visual style.
5. Brand & Corporate Videos
- Edit company presentations and corporate videos.
- Develop client case studies and campaign videos.
- Create before/after and project showcase videos.
- Convert business achievements and campaigns into compelling visual stories.
6. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
- Create basic motion graphics and animated text.
- Add titles, lower thirds, subtitles and branded elements.
- Use transitions and effects appropriately.
- Maintain consistent visual identity.
7. Audio & Sound
- Clean and improve dialogue audio.
- Add suitable background music and sound effects.
- Maintain appropriate audio levels.
- Synchronize voice, music and visuals.
8. Collaboration
- Work with the Videographer to understand footage and shoot requirements.
- Work with the Content & Brand Manager on storytelling and creative direction.
- Take briefs and feedback from the Marketing team.
- Suggest improvements to scripts, hooks and editing formats.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
9. Content Performance Learning
- Understand performance of previously published videos.
- Analyse retention, views, engagement and watch time.
- Identify editing patterns that improve audience retention.
- Apply performance learnings to future content.
Mandatory Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Video Editing / Post Production.
- Strong hands-on experience editing short-form and long-form videos.
- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
- Experience editing corporate, brand, interview and event videos.
